Shipping + Returns


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Only items purchased directly from LFE Global’s online store will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.


Returned items must be in original packaging and unopened.

Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers and damaged products through customer mishandling.

Returns made without a receipt will be refused. LFE Global reserves the right to deny any return.

We only replace items if they are defective/damaged. If you are seeking to replace/refund a damaged product, you will be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

To start the return process, please contact our Customer Support team. Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the damaged product (if applicable)
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Processed refunds are completed within 20 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.)

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees, including return fees.


If you haven’t received a refund 20 days after receiving notification that you will be refunded, re-check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]


In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

Any unwanted items after your order has been placed must be returned within the above stated policy time for a refund (please see the “Returns” section above). Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty.
